The wine is red with garnet tones. Bouquet full and persistent with reminiscent of violets and raspberries. Elegant, soft and harmonious taste, typical of the great Nebbiolo. Served with roasts, stews and aged cheeses and preparations based on truffles. Serving temperature: 16 – 18 C.
